Meet Cynthia
Cynthia's goals, when she joined the club about 6 months ago, were to increase her level of activity and lose weight. She has achieved just that. Congratulations Cynthia!
Cynthia works very hard to acheive her weight loss. First of all she says that HAC provides the supportive and friendly environment that she needs to feel comfortable exercising here. She has also made some weekly commitments to achieve her fitness goals. They are...
- attend water aerobic classes about 4 times per week
- personal training sessions with Cindi Kirby three times per week “Thanks Cindi for being so supportive when I needed the support the most!”
- Cynthia works out 6-7 days a week, adding step classes to her exercise routine on the weekends while she is in her “weight loss phase”.
- Cynthia is taking the “active lifestyle choices”. She mows her own lawn and cleans her own car
- Finally, Cynthia changed her eating habits. She tries to stay away from sugars, eats plenty of protein and stays away from over eating carbohydrates..
