Meet Jennifer
HAC Member Since April 2003
Jennifer is a sales assistant who joined the Health and Athletic Center in April 2003. Jennifer has lost nearly 20 pounds since joining HAC.
We are so proud of everything Jennifer has accomplished in such a short period of time.
- Jennifer completed her orientation and some personal training to
educate herself on the new equipment at the club.
- Jennifer works out consistently three to four days a week.
- She has lost nearly 20 pounds since April.
When we asked Jennifer what keeps her motivated, she said she feels so much better physically, her energy has doubled. She also shared with us that Joyce, one of the HAC trainers, has been very motivating and has
increased her determination to lose the next 20 pounds. Jennifer says, “The payout is well worth it in the long run! Never Say Never!”
Jennifer works full time and is raising a young daughter, but she has been determined to
improve her own health. “I have lost 20 lbs since April. My energy level has doubled!”
