MARY
Mary has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center since January of 2000. She joined the club looking to build an exercise program to increase her overall fitness level and maintain her weight. Mary loves the variety we offer in our group exercise classes and utilizes all its aspects; cardio, weight training, step aerobics and kick-boxing. She attributes Aileen, one of aerobics instructors, as a principal player in her fitness regime. Initially Mary was looking to lose weight, but her fitness journey has also increased her energy level and her self esteem.
