ANGIE ROGERS
Angie Rogers has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center for 22 years. She finds all of her fitness needs are met at HAC and likes that the club is always striving to be better and continually updates equipment and classes. Angie’s goals included losing weight by gaining muscle tone. She employs the personal training services of Jason Faszholz and works with him 3 to 6 times a week. Angie attributes a lot of her success to Jason and his motivation to eat healthier, challenging her to reach higher goals and pushing her to reach her maximum abilities. Her workouts include Boot Camp 3 days a week, weight lifting 3 to 6 times a week and running 1 to 2 long runs per week. Angie has lost over 31 pounds and 12% body fat and has more energy. Her advice is to do things and train with someone who will push you to the limit.
