DAN ROSENBLATT
Dan has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center since April of 2004. He joined HAC because he wanted to start and maintain a regular exercise program. He liked HAC’s convenient location and comfortable atmosphere. He utilizes the services of a personal trainer and enjoys our various cardio options. Dan has lost 15 pounds, 12.5 inches around his stomach, arms and thighs and 2% body fat in 6 weeks. Dan’s words of advice are to eat small meals throughout the day and drink lots of water to keep up your metabolism
