DEBBIE GERDES
Debbie Gerdes has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center for 5 years. She loves our members, trainers and instructors and likes the personal attention she receives. Debbie’s goals included overall good fitness by building muscle, increasing endurance and losing weight. She has employed Allyson Fletcher as her personal trainer who has provided her with quarterly work out plans and the necessary tools Debbie needed to enhance her muscle conditioning. She weight trains twice a week, attends cycle classes 2-3 times a week, utilizes the treadmill 3 times a week and attends pilates classes twice a week. Debbie’s advice is to join a gym where you feel comfortable and hire a trainer that you are compatible and comfortable with. For Debbie, the Health and Athletic Center is just that place.
