DIXIE SALDIVAR
Dixie Saldivar has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center for almost 2 years. She was a member before having kids then returned saying that we have always been family friendly, clean and offer loving child care. Dixie has an easy to follow fitness plan prescribed to her by our personal trainer, Flossie Stiles. She incorporates all facets of exercise (weight training, running, swimming, treadmill classes, ab work and push ups). Dixie has lost 20 pounds, dropped two dress sizes, toned up her body and has tons of energy. Before rejoining the club, Dixie was unhappy with her appearance. Now Dixie is proud of her accomplishments, has more self confidence and even motivates her friends to start exercising. Her advice is to set realistic goals and do exercise activities you truly enjoy.
