KRIS ANDREWS
Kris has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center since November of 2003. She chose HAC because of our variety of classes, equipment and our wonderful day care. She enjoys our friendly staff and likes that we know her name. When Kris joined the club her intention was to lose weight, gain muscle tone and generate a higher energy level. She participates in all the classes, uses the weights, elliptical machines and treadmills. She met her goals and lost 30 pounds, gained that muscle definition and energy and also gained self confidence. Kris usually works out four times a week. She says that once you make up your mind to do it, you have to stick with it.
