Success Stories at HAC

"Our goal is to provide our members with the opportunity to exercise in a friendly, comfortable environment, with trained professionals, in an effort to promote physical and emotional well-being." Over the years we have seen some dramatic changes in our member's physical conditioning. To the right you will see how some of our members achieved extraordinary results.

LINDA GREENLEE

Linda has been a member of the Health and Athletic Center for a year.  She chose HAC because the facility is clean and modern, the staff is courteous and she enjoys the many work out options with new challenges and contests always available.  Linda wanted to lose weight, become fit and lead a less sedentary lifestyle.  She employs a personal trainer, participates in group exercise classes and sometimes meets friends for a work out session.  Linda has lost about 20 pounds and has gone from a tight 10 to a size 4 or 6.  She has been truly inspired by her personal trainer, Joyce Oldenburg, whom she feels deserves all the credit.  She says that Joyce has challenged, motivated, encouraged and applauded her.  She helped Linda change her life.  Linda’s advice is that it is never too late to get a personal trainer.
