“How did Mike do it? Mike has reached his fitness goals by incorporating good nutrition and exercise as an important aspect of his life. “I try to keep workouts fresh. I change them up because variety keeps you motivated!” Mike plays basketball at lunch in our gym. Alyson, HAC trainer and instructor, taught Mike cardio kick boxing early on when Mike was first getting started. Mike says that Alyson was just one principle player in his success. Mike makes sure he works in his strength training as well.“I lift two body parts 6 days a week. I make sure to think about everything I put in my mouth and think how will it effect my body and is it worth a health risk! I have a solid nutritional program with a balance of protein, carbs and natural fat.”
Mike squeezes in his workouts at lunchtime, he finds hotels with fitness rooms when on the road to ensure he exercises everyday
